No per-person charge, no setup fee, no annual contract. If you stop paying, your rotas stay here and your team can still see their shifts — you just can't change them until you start again.
You get the coverage view — every shift for the period, green when it's staffed and red when it isn't. Your team get their own hours on their phone and three buttons to answer with. Same price whether that's four people or forty.
What counts as a site?
One place you make a rota for — a pub, a café, a shop floor. Two sites costs twice one site, and you can add or remove them whenever you like.
Do I pay more as the team grows?
No. Fourteen people or forty, the price is the same — charging per employee would just punish you for hiring.
What happens after the free trial?
Everything works for 7 days without a card. After that your rotas stay readable — your team can still see their shifts — but you'll need a subscription to make changes.
Does my team need to pay?
No. Staff never pay and never need a card. They get a link, answer yes, maybe or no, and that's it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings — it opens Stripe's own billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What if a payment fails?
We tell you and give you a few days' grace to sort the card out. Nothing disappears in the meantime.
